Le mercredi après-midi vous aurez la possibilité de bénéficier d'une visite guidée d'1h30 du centre historique de Malines, ou de vous balader librement. Dans tous les cas, du temps libre est prévu de 16h15 à 17h. Il est également possible de ne pas rester pour l'après-midi et de partir directement après le lunch par vos propres moyens (nous vous informerons alors des possibilités de transports en commun pour rejoindre votre destination). Veuillez noter que choisir l'après-midi libre ou choisir de partir plus tôt n'entraîne pas de réduction du coût de la journée.

On Wednesday afternoon, you will have the opportunity to take a 1.5-hour guided tour of the historic centre of Mechelen, or to explore on your own. In any case, free time is scheduled from 16:15 to 17:00. It is also possible not to stay for the afternoon and to leave directly after lunch by your own means (we will then inform you of the public transport options to reach your destination). Please note that choosing the free afternoon or choosing to leave early does not reduce the cost of the day.

Am Mittwochnachmittag haben Sie die Möglichkeit, an einer 1,5-stündigen Führung durch das historische Zentrum von Mechelen teilzunehmen oder auf eigene Faust spazieren zu gehen. In jedem Fall ist von 16:15 bis 17:00 Uhr Freizeit vorgesehen. Es ist auch möglich, den Nachmittag nicht zu bleiben und direkt nach dem Mittagessen auf eigene Faust abzureisen (wir informieren Sie dann über die Möglichkeiten der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, um Ihr Ziel zu erreichen). Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Wahl des freien Nachmittags oder die Entscheidung, früher abzureisen, keine Ermäßigung der Tageskosten zur Folge hat.

Vpass

Afin de pouvoir accéder aux bâtiments de la Commission européenne dans lesquels auront lieu les ateliers et réunions, il est obligatoire de disposer d'un Vpass pour des raisons de sécurité.
Si vous disposez d'une carte "pensionné" VALIDE le jour de l'événement, vous n'aurez pas besoin de Vpass pour accéder aux bâtiments.
A défaut, veuillez remplir les champs ci-dessous en vous assurant que les informations correspondent à celles figurant sur le document d'identité que vous comptez présenter le jour de l'événement.
Quelques jours avant l'événement, vous recevrez un lien de la part de automated-notifications@nomail.ec.europa.eu afin de vous enregistrer pour votre Vpass (pensez à vérifier votre dossier de courriers indésirables).

 

To access the European Commission's building in which the workshops and meetings will take place, you will need a Vpass for security purposes.
If you have a VALID "pensioner" card on the day of the event, you will be able to access the buildings without a Vpass.
If not, please complete the fields below by making sure it matches the information provided on the ID or passport you intend to present on the day of the event.
You will receive a link to register for your Vpass a few days before the event from automated-notifications@nomail.ec.europa.eu (please make sure to check your spam folder).

 

Um Zugang zu den Gebäuden der Europäischen Kommission zu erhalten, in denen die Workshops und Sitzungen stattfinden, ist aus Sicherheitsgründen ein Vpass erforderlich.
Wenn Sie am Tag der Veranstaltung über einen GÜLTIGEN Rentnerausweis verfügen, können Sie die Gebäude ohne Vpass betreten.
