After registering online, you will receive an email acknowledging your registration. Prior to the conference, you will receive a final confirmation email with the link to the streaming platform and the instructions.

Please complete all sections carefully and check if all your details are correct before submitting your registration, as your last name, first name and organisation will appear on the online platform.  Click on 'Next' at the bottom of the page to go to the next page.

Cosmetics Europe – The Personal Care Association AISBL, Avenue Herrmann-Debroux 40, 1160 Brussels, Belgium (“Cosmetics Europe”), processes personal data obtained in connection with the management of your registration and participation to the virtual Cosmetics Europe Annual Conference 2021 (the “Conference”) as described in the Cosmetics Europe Privacy Policy. 

Please note that the Conference or parts thereof are video recorded by Cosmetics Europe or its representatives in order for Cosmetics Europe staff and members, Conference’s speakers and participants as well as any other interested party to view or review the Conference, including for promotion of the Conference and future Cosmetics Europe events. The video(s) will be available via a link that could be shared by Cosmetics Europe or on its behalf to the Conference’s speakers and participants, to other parties upon request and/or displayed on Cosmetics Europe’s websites or in social or other media in connection with the Conference and/or Cosmetics Europe’s general activities.

If you consent to be recorded, we will retain the recordings, and your personal data included therein, for the duration of the Conference and for a period of time thereafter to the extent necessary to fulfill the following purpose: sharing the video(s)’ link to the above parties for the purpose of providing information about the Conference and other future Cosmetics Europe events. Regular participants of the Conference will not be recorded unless a moderator of a given session admits them to join the speakers on the virtual stage to ask a question or share a comment.


I consent to be recorded by Cosmetics Europe (or its representatives) for the purposes outlined above, in case I am admitted by a moderator of a given session to join the virtual stage.


You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you and to be informed about the existence and the extent of the processing of your data, to request that we rectify incorrect data, to request that we erase your data or that we restrict its processing, to object to the processing on serious and legitimate grounds, to the portability of your data and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the EU.
