Attention:
The hotel is NOT included in the SUMMIT fee and NO pre-payment will be made for the hotel.
In case you do not find any more availability, please tick the box "No accommodation required" in order to proceed to the next step and finalise your registration without hotel booking, or contact eiga@destree.be for assistance.

Hotel Terms and Conditions

HOTEL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

Room can be cancelled 3 days before the date of arrival. In case of a late cancellation, no-show or in case of early departure, the entire stay will be charged.

Please note that you will be redirected to the secure site of the online payment platform, which will ask you to virtually sign your payment using your bank card reader or your mobile application, depending on the bank with which you are a customer. So have your bank card reader or your mobile application ready at hand.

A VAT invoice will be sent by the Conference Secretariat Destrée Organisation shortly after receipt of your registration.
This invoice needs to be forwarded to your accounts department for booking purposes.
If a PO Number is required on the invoice, please do not hesitate to submit this information to us.
